A few years back a friend asked me if I would be able to draw her mum's dog for her. I had never done any such work before for a client however I thought why not. I discovered I not only enjoyed the process but that end result was pleasing. My friend's mother was over the moon and I started to regularly paint and draw our fluffy friends I always advise to choose oil paint as the media the glossiness is great for painting fur and wet noses!
